My name is Ron Kraft and I am the founder and CEO of Bonavox. Our mission is to make the business world better for people, one change at a time.
Among the many gigs I’ve strung together in my career, I’ve been lucky enough to have three almost perfect jobs. I loved the work. I loved the people. I loved my bosses who respected me as an employee and as a human being.
The foundational construct for Bonavox is to pay it forward. I created the company to give employees the kind of extraordinary professional experience that I was fortunate enough to have.
When I look at everything we’ve accomplished since 2011, what makes me most proud are the people I have hired and the culture we have created. Bonavox employees are people of character and real-life characters, as well. We take our work very seriously, but not ourselves, and that’s the way I want it to be.
